The terms that govern your use of whollyconstruction.ai and our engagement for construction services.
By accessing or using whollyconstruction.ai (the "Site") or engaging Wholly Construction, Inc. ("Wholly," "we," "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, code, photographs, and illustrations — is the property of Wholly Construction, Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
All estimates provided through the Site are illustrative and based on the information you supply. Final quotes are produced only after a site survey and are itemized, subject to the proposal terms. Estimates are not binding contracts.
Wholly Construction maintains a workmanship program covering our own labor and integration of components we install. The scope of the workmanship program and the term of coverage are set out in each individual proposal and are not implied or represented on this Site. Equipment coverage (solar panels, inverters, batteries, roofing materials) passes through from the manufacturer under their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholly Construction's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid Wholly for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
